Payment Policy

To lose someone you love is a devastating human experience. We believe in the importance of recognition and the meaningful celebration of a life that has been lived and will assist in arranging an appropriate service to meet your individual needs.

It is also important to be realistic in respect to funeral expenditures. We do not want a family to spend more than they should, nor less than they would like. What is important is that arrangements be in keeping with a family’s wishes and budget.

Provisions for payment are due at the time of arrangements. To avoid any possibility of misunderstanding or embarrassment and for your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Debit Card
  • Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express*
  • Pre-Arrangement (Prepaid Funeral Contracts and assigned insurance policies)
  • Advance payment by forwarding or receiving funeral home
No services will be scheduled until payment has been rendered.
*If an unassigned policy must be used for payment, there is a $125 filing fee and if the insurer does not pay within 30 days of services, interest will begin accruing on the unpaid balance.
*There is a 3% fee charged by credit card processor added to any credit card transaction.
*Directors Choice policy assignment service on unassigned policies incur additional fees.
*In the event of a family dispute, the family may be charged $60.00 per day for refrigerated storage of remains, until dispute is resolved.
